Placing An Order

You can place an order with Girly Girl Beads either by phone, by email, or right off the web. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase using the "Add To Cart" button. Ordering online is easy and secure with Pay Pal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Personal Check, and Money Order. If you prefer to pay by check we will email you instructions or you can call us with your order at (805) 878-4004. We ship merchandise when personal check has cleared the bank. This process may take up to 2 weeks.

NOTE - Items paid with Pay Pal ship to the Pay Pal "confirmed address". If payment is by check or money order we will ship to any address within the 50 United States that you specify. Sorry no International shipping at this time.

How soon will I get my order?

Orders generally ship within 5 business days of receiving your order (except special / custom orders or if you are paying by check). Mailing time usually averages 3-7 business days.

How is my order shipped and is it Insured?

We ship via the US Postal Service - Insured First Class. If you need an item faster, please let us know (shipping charges will apply).

How much will shipping cost be?

Shipping within the 50 United States is FREE on all orders over $100. Orders totaling less than $100 have a flat insured shipping charge of $5.95. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, Girly Girl Beads and Pay Pal safeguards your bank card and personal information.

What is your return policy?

You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns for Girly Girl Beads credit must be received by us within 10 business days of issuing you an RAN otherwise no credit will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom, special order or clearance items. There is a 25% restocking fee on any item(s) returned for a Girly Girl Beads credit based on the actual amount originally charged for the item(s). Original shipping charges paid by you are not refundable. A handling charge of $7.95 will be deducted from any Girly Girl Beads credit due to you if the original order qualified for free shipping. A copy of the original invoice needs to be included with the return. Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging materials and tags. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork. All returns must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Additional fees may be charged if we incur any time or expense to make your returned item saleable. An $15.00 exchange processing fee is charged on all exchanges. No Girly Girl Beads credit will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization (RAN). We give NO REFUNDS only Girly Girl Beads online credit.

How long does a custom order take?

Once a design is agreed upon, custom orders average from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order, availability of components and whether you make any subsequent changes to the design. For Bridal parties custom orders can take up to 2-4 weeks

What if there is a problem with my order?

If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible and do everything possible to resolve the problem .

What is your privacy policy?
